Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CrawlGraph, operated by Search Engine Wizards (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

CrawlGraph provides backlink intelligence derived from the publicly available Common Crawl hyperlink graph. Free visitors can look up the first five backlinks for any domain. Paid visitors unlock the full 50-row result set, pagination, CSV/JSON export, and access to multiple Common Crawl releases.

Pricing and payment

Lifetime access is a one-time payment of €99 or $99, processed through Stripe. “Lifetime” means for as long as we operate the service; we commit to at least 24 months of availability from your purchase date. Prices exclude VAT where applicable; Stripe handles VAT collection and remittance.

Refunds

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 14 days, email [email protected] for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape or bulk-download results in a way that circumvents rate limits, (b) resell or redistribute raw query output as a competing product, (c) use the service for illegal purposes, or (d) attempt to compromise the security of our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Data source and accuracy

Backlink data is derived from Common Crawl, an independent non-profit dataset we do not control. The data is typically 1–3 months old and incomplete by nature — the public web is vast. We provide the service on an “as is” basis and make no warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the latest version is always posted here and material changes are communicated by email to paying customers. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will first be addressed informally by emailing [email protected]; unresolved disputes fall to the competent courts of Finland.
